Appointments

Please call 01489 557862 or e mail info@thespastudios.co.uk. We highly recommend you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Your health and comfort

Please tell us if you are pregnant or have any particular health concerns (such as high blood pressure, cancer or allergies).

Arrival time

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time. Late arrival will simply reduce the time available for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and enjoyment.

Spa environment

Your co operation in helping to provide a quiet, relaxing environment by switching off your phone and talking quietly would be greatly appreciated.

Payment, changes and cancellations

We accept all major credit cards and cash. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance, to avoid being charged a full service fee. (£5 per 15 minutes booked)

Gift certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased for a specific service or to the value of your choice, mail order is available.
